List of nutrimeds
Here is a list of anticancer food for which anticancer properties have clearly been established.
A FEW BASIC CONCEPTS:
- This approach complements, without in any way replacing, traditional therapy (chemotherapy, radiotherapy, surgery).
- The nutraceutical approach is a daily type of activity rather than weekly: a small daily intake is better than a large, once a week consumption.
- Schedule recipes where the integration of these foods is such that it is possible to conform to a daily treatment: vary your recipes and make them pleasant to the taste, combine different foods: ex. broccoli soup, with onions, turmeric and black pepper.
- Seek for inspiration in international cuisines (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Middle Est, Mediterranean) using their foods in traditional ways instead of trying to improvise different recipes.

The tea is prepared using 1g (1tsp) per cup of boiling water and steeped 10 minutes for maximum effect. You have to get used to the bitter taste, which is linked to its anticancer activity.
