“Diet” products stimulate the appetite!

A study suggests that artificial sweeteners stimulate the consumption of food and activate certain neurons involved in the control of appetite. This is a reminder that the “diet” foods are not a useful approach for reducing caloric intake or for maintaining a healthy body weight. Download the column
