Phosphates: additives which make you lazy!

Phosphates are additives found ubiquitously in industrially processed food products, particularly in carbonated beverages and in frozen foods. According to one recent study, elevated consumption of these phosphates is associated with a change in muscle function which diminishes the ability to take part in physical activity and promotes a sedentary nature.  Download the column

Cannabis and its effects on the brain

The psychotropic effects of cannabis are due to a family of molecules called cannabinoids.
